Boarding/Lodging is when a pet/s stays in the facility overnight.  Boarding/Lodging fees are charged by the night.

Pets may be picked-up / dropped-off only during posted business hours.

We recommend bringing the following items for your pet/s when boarding:

• Satisfactory supply of your pet’s food with feeding instructions.
• Any medications your pet requires with instruction for administration.
• Any bedding or toys you desire to be placed in your pet’s boarding area (please, no towels).

Lodging space is limited.  We recommend making all non-holiday boarding reservation at least one (1) week in advance of desired boarding date.  We recommend making summer vacation and holiday boarding reservations at least three (3) weeks in advance of boarding date.

All holiday reservations require a fifty percent (50%) advance deposit to hold reservations. 

Cancellations made less then fourteen (14) days in advance of reservations or failure to show for a boarding reservation will result in the loss of your advance deposit.

We reserve the right to change your pet’s boarding accommodation if we believe it is necessary to protect the health and well-being of your pet/s, other pets or our staff.
