Each pet has special needs and you may prefer the routine and security of your pet staying at home. We have specialized services to accommodate many of the specific needs for urban pet living.
In-Home Pet Care Services are provided within a five (5) mile radius of Ranger’s Pet Outpost and Retreat 1707 N. Mills Ave., Orlando, FL 32803. We recommend you consult mapquest.com to verify distance.
All In-Home Pet Care requires an initial In-Home Meeting prior to any services (Pick-up, Delivery, Midday Walks, and In-Home Pet Care). The following items will be completed and discussed during the In-Home Meeting:
- An introduction to all pet/s receiving care has been completed.
- Complete instruction for your pet’s care including feeding, medication, cleaning and exercise.
- Approved areas where your pet/s is allowed to walk/exercise. Your pet/s will only be allowed off- leash in properly enclosed yards. Your pet/s will be exercised on-leash in any unenclosed areas.
- Appropriate access means to your residence including keys, security codes/cards, authorization submitted to door staff (condo staff) etc. Any and all residence access means (key, security code/card, etc.) will be secured by Sun Pet Care, Inc. until they are returned to the person from whom the means were obtained.
- Consent for Sun Pet Care, Inc. and Agent to enter your residence for the express Care, Pick-up and or Delivery of your pet/s.
- Discloser of any person/s that you grant permission to be in your home while you are away (husband / wife, housekeeper, etc.).
The authorities (911) will be called immediately should a Sun Pet Care, Inc. staff member or Agent believe your home to be unsafe due to a potential home invasion. Once the authorities have been alerted we will attempt to notify you or your emergency contact regarding the situation. Our staff or Agent will not enter your home until the proper authorities have declared the premises safe and secure.
It is very important that you call Ranger’s Pet Outpost and Retreat (407-894-4884) giving notice that you have returned home. Sun Pet Care, Inc. will continue care for your pet/s until notice is given by you or a designated caretaker to stop service. If you call outside of business hours please leave a message.
Consent for your pet/s to be taken off-premises for the sole purpose of exercise or transportation to a designated location (Sun Pet Care Facility, veterinarian, residence, etc.).
Only pets meeting the standard core vaccination requirements set by Sun Pet Care, Inc. will be transported or admitted to any Sun Pet Care, Inc. Facility.
All prices for In-Home Pet Care Services are based on a maximum of three (3) pets per household. An additional fee will be applied to all households with more then three (3) pets. An additional fee may be applied for a pet/s that requires extensive care due to their nature or medical condition.
The scheduling of any pet care service must be made at least 48 hours prior to required service. All reservations must be confirmed by a member of the Sun Pet Care, Inc. Staff or Agent.
All ongoing regularly scheduled services will continue, at your expense, until you give notice to discontinue service.
Payment for all In-Home Care, Transportation or Single Daily Exercise Service must be settled in advance by prepayment or by placing a valid credit card on file with authorization to charge this credit card for service. No service will be rendered until a payment method is secured.
